You retain ownership of any content that you submit, upload, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting, uploading, or displaying User Content, you grant Docsuite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that such User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docsuite and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Docsuite's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
